The Quiddity Ingots from the three Dream Realms quests can now be purified. These purified ingots were the keys to open up the East, North, and West Gates to Aerbax’s Platform The order of these purification guides will follow the order of the Dream Realms Guides.

Seek out Hoshino Kei inside Asheron’s Castle.

Hoshino Kei tells you, "Greetings. I have come to Asheron's tower at Queen Elysa's behest to study the nature of the Quiddity Ingots that Aerbax was using to power the Quiddity Seeds. I believe I have determined something about them. If you hand me the Quiddity Ingots extracted from the trophies you found on your quest, I will identify them for you."

Hand her the ingot with a soft white light, from the Knorr Dream Realm.

You allow Hoshino Kei to examine your Quiddity Ingot.

Hoshino Kei tells you, "This ingot is attuned to the power of Light. The being it is most similar to is Asheron. To purify it, I would seek the font from which Asheron's powers spring forth. If you could find a primal vessel, something deep at the foundation of what we call the Deru Tree perhaps, that should suffice."
Hoshino Kei tells you, "The places where the Deru Trees are located do not tend to be as dangerous as some places on Dereth. I would advise seeking a vassal, perhaps, who might be willing to perform this task for you."

Now to head off to the Deru Tree. The tree exists on an island beside the Vesayan Archipelago. There are two ways you can get there with the easiest being speaking with the Watcher of the Dead in Ayan Baqur bye the Armourer (Same NPC as the Burun King: Browerk Quest). Now that you’re on the island, head to 90.3s 87.4e (will not be on top of the ridges) behind the cathedral used for the Burun Soul Stone Quest (If you’re flagged, the Portal Device near Ithaenc’s Cathedral will work better). It will be at the base of a huge waterfall, atop which sits the Deru Tree.

The dungeon is straight, just head up, up, and up then back down to a Pool of Water. Hand it your ingot to purify it, you can sue the pool to heal you as well!

You take a drink of cool water, and feel much healthier. (Casts Heal other I on you)
You give Pool of Water Quiddity Ingot.
You immerse the ingot in the waters of the pool. The ingot's glow changes from white to yellow.
Pool of Water gives you Purified Quiddity Ingot. Soft yellow
You've earned 11,876,314 experience.

If you bring the ingot back to Hoshino Kei she will tell you simply to hold on to it

You allow Hoshino Kei to examine your Purified Quiddity Ingot.

Hoshino Kei tells you, "This ingot is attuned to the power of Light, but it has been purified already. You need not do anything else with this ingot, except wait for an opportunity for it to be used."

One ingot down, 2 to go!

Purifying the Dream Ingots (Part II)

Quest Type: Task
Restrictions: 150+, Lock Pick, Must have the Quidity Ingot from Ithaenc’s Dream Realm

The Quiddity Ingots from the three Dream Realms quests can now be purified. These purified ingots were the keys to open up the East, North, and West Gates to Aerbax’s Platform The order of these purification guides will follow the order of the Dream Realms Guides.

Seek out Hoshino Kei inside Asheron’s Castle.

Hoshino Kei tells you, "Greetings. I have come to Asheron's tower at Queen Elysa's behest to study the nature of the Quiddity Ingots that Aerbax was using to power the Quiddity Seeds. I believe I have determined something about them. If you hand me the Quiddity Ingots extracted from the trophies you found on your quest, I will identify them for you."

Hand her the ingot with a deep red light, from the Ithaenc Dream Realm.

You allow Hoshino Kei to examine your Quiddity Ingot.

Hoshino Kei tells you, "This ingot is attuned to the power of Shadow. The being it is most similar to is Bael'zharon. To purify it, one would need access to a power that is similarly dark, but not allied with Shadow. I would suggest inquiring with the Deep - its appetite for destruction is unparalleled, yet it fights Shadow as surely as those who follow the Light."
Hoshino Kei tells you, "Note that the journey to the Deep is dangerous - only the strongest heroes should consider purifying this ingot."

Now you must head to The Deep on Dark Isle. Once on Dark Isle simply run to the Trials of the Deep portal behind The Deep at 85.4n 57.2e.

Spawns: Laisu Sclavus (Sclavus), Tormented Spirit (Ghost), Horrid/Dark Remoran (Remoran), and many, many tendrils.

Weapons: Slash, Cold, Fire (Tusker Fists is of great use).

This dungeon is the hardest of the three purification quests and will involved jumping across platforms. Many ways to accomplish the jumps but I will describe what worked for me, each jump area has a ramp-way back up if you fall so take your time, clear the spawn beforehand, and be patient.

The dungeon is, again, fairly linear and uncomplicated up to the first jumping area.

~ Jumping Area I ~

From the starting platform I did a tap regular jump diagonally right to the corner platform. From there I faced ahead of me, walked backwards to the end of the platform I was on, and did a full regular jump ahead to skip over the middle platform and land on the next one. Finally I turned left and backed up to the back-left corner, turned slightly to the right and did a full jump to the diagonal-right to the ending platform.

Now you have a choice of left or right from the platform, left leads to two loot-chests and a friendly dagger-chucking wailing stone, the right leads to the rest of the dungeon. You will continue though over a catwalk that will preview to the sea of tendrils that no awaits you. Using Tusker Fists is the best way to mow through the tendrils and continue through to the next tunnels and the next jumping area.

~ Jumping Area II ~

Again, clear all the spawns and you will face a corner platform surrounded by walls of flames. Your goal is the corner that seems free of fire. You will need to do ½-full regular jump, depending on your skill, aiming for that corner in the flames. Invisible floors and ceilings can help of hinder you (for under jumping or over jumping).

Once on the ending platform continue on to an open chamber with a bridge. Clear the spawn from afar and lock pick-open the door. You will now face a small anteroom with windows you can use to shoot through. Kill the enemies and open the door to cut through the tendrils guarding the Well of Blood. Do not use this well because it will deal damage to you, enough to kill you. Give the well your quiddity ingot to purify it.

You give Well of Blood Quiddity Ingot.
You immerse the ingot within the well of blood. The ingot's glow changes from red to purple.
Well of Blood gives you Purified Quiddity Ingot. Soft purple
You've earned 197,347,085 experience.

Bringing it to Hoshino Kei will result, again, in her telling you to hold on to it for now.

Restrictions: Must have the Quiddity Ingot from the Black Death Catacomb’s Dream Realm

The Quiddity Ingots from the three Dream Realms quests can now be purified. These purified ingots were the keys to open up the East, North, and West Gates to Aerbax’s Platform The order of these purification guides will follow the order of the Dream Realms Guides.

Seek out Hoshino Kei inside Asheron’s Castle.

Hoshino Kei tells you, "Greetings. I have come to Asheron's tower at Queen Elysa's behest to study the nature of the Quiddity Ingots that Aerbax was using to power the Quiddity Seeds. I believe I have determined something about them. If you hand me the Quiddity Ingots extracted from the trophies you found on your quest, I will identify them for you."

Hand her the ingot with a bluish light, from the Black Death Catacombs Dream Realm.

You allow Hoshino Kei to examine your Quiddity Ingot.

Hoshino Kei tells you, "This ingot is attuned to the power of Isparian potential. The being it is most similar to is Queen Elysa. I have heard the story of how a female voice was involved in the quest, though my theory is that it was the voice of the long-dead Olthoi Queen which helped to break the spell."
Hoshino Kei tells you, "It seems that Queen Elysa's fate shall forever be intertwined with the Olthoi. As such, the Olthoi may prove to be a means to purify this ingot. Scouts in the Olthoi North have reported a newly-discovered cavern of Olthoi - there may be a sufficient means of purification there."
Hoshino Kei tells you, "This cavern is not located in a dangerous place. I would advise seeking a vassal, perhaps, who might be willing to perform this task for you."

Using the Olthoi Lands Device at your local mansion, head to the Olthoi North destination and run to the Olthoi Sanctuary at 44.2n 62.8e.

You will stick to the left from the drop and reach an open chamber with a ramp-way leading into the floor, take it and continue sticking left (note: some tunnels will be have doors you must open that make them blend in with the various alcoves in the tunnels so pay attention and always stick to the left) to the ending chamber where you will find a Vat of Olthoi Jelly. Using it will result in having Regeneration other VII cast on you. Give the ingot to the vat to purify it.

You choke down some of the ichor in the vat. While it tastes putrid, you can feel that your body is better able to heal itself for now. (Casts Hydra’s Head)
You give Vat of Olthoi Jelly Quiddity Ingot.
You immerse the ingot in the green ichor. The ingot's glow changes from blue to green.
Vat of Olthoi Jelly gives you Purified Quiddity Ingot.
You've earned 6,136,130 experience.

Bringin it back to Hoshino Kei will tell you, again, to hold on to it.

You allow Hoshino Kei to examine your Purified Quiddity Ingot.

Hoshino Kei tells you, "This ingot is attuned to the power of Isparian potential, but it has been purified already. You need not do anything else with this ingot, except wait for an opportunity for it to be used."

Now all three dream ingot have been purified! The use for them now that Aerbax’s Platform has been opened remains to be seen.
