The city of Cragstone is being raided by Drudges from the lowly Skulker to the shifty Stalker. They raid the city every few hours with a global signaling the beginning of each raid. Clear out the thieves and collect Torn Cloth Scraps. There are 18 different types of Scraps and they can be given to others. When you have all 18 give them to Jarvis Hammerstone at 25.6n 49.4e to receive 1 million xp + some percentage xp based on level, Cragstone Militia title, and completed Drudge Plan you can hook on your wall! This quest is excellent for low level characters as well as for gifts to new players to get them to an instant level 20 just about. You can also fulfill the Lurker and Stalker kill tasks Jarvis assigns during the raid.
